Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LES or LEMS) is also called
  • Myasthenic syndrome
  • Eaton-Lambert syndrome.
It is a progressive syndrome.

Symptoms include

  • muscle weakness usually first in the upper legs and upper arms, tingling in the affected areas.
  • strength improves on exercise at first, but  lessens as exercise is continued.
  • fatigue
  • less sweating than usual
  • dry mouth
  • gait can be affected - the way you walk
  • muscles may ache.

It is a disease of the neuromuscular junction. It is also an auto immune disease.

I know absolutely nothing about medicine and have just collected articles and links that I find good and interesting. You must keep on seeking medical advice from a doctor or specialist to be diagnosed.
